Top Team Reviews
Team reviews are particularly useful when there is a change in the makeup of the top team; following a business acquisition; in preparation for a strategic change in the business or in conjunction with succession planning.
Top team reviews can be useful as a precursor to, or in conjunction with, executive coaching.
We use a range of tools from individual confidential interviews with the top team, to observing the top team in meetings, to working with trusted partners to undertake team diagnostic psychometrics (eg. MBTI) to understand individual preferences, strengths and styles.
