Michael is a qualified executive business coach, facilitator and consultant, and Director of LPP. He has been helping individuals, teams and organisations to grow through positive sustainable change since 1997.
Michael’s background is in large service based organisations, mainly in media, technology, communications and financial services including BSKYB, Virgin Media, AOL, EMAP, Canal Digitaal (HSBC) and FMCG (Gillette) where he has led teams and provided strategic and organisational change management and direction.
Coaching
Michael provides individually tailored coaching that consistently produces the desired transformational and sustainable results for both the individual and the organisation. He does this through building meaningful relationships. His open curiousity, challenging approach and calm, relaxed and natural manner puts people at ease and enables them to flourish. He believes in people’s inherent ability to perform to their full potential. He is pragmatic and results-focused.
He was recently involved in designing and deploying a new performance structure across Europe to support a large blue chip media and communications organisation.
